Is onboard weighing accurate enough for what we do?
On-fork systems run at ±0.1%. Hydraulic weighing for heavy lifting runs at ±0.2%, and the hydraulic overload guard at ±1%. We build the load cells, the electronics and the firmware ourselves, and every system is calibrated before it ships. You get the figure for your machine before you buy, not after.
Our fleet is mixed and some of the trucks are old.
That is the normal case, not the exception. Tesmatic is built as a retrofit system. It fits any brand, model or age, and one product line covers a mixed fleet, so the operator sees the same display whichever truck they climb into that morning.
Will the installation stop our operation?
Standard systems leave the factory within 48 hours. A factory trained team fits them on site, truck by truck, around your shifts. The floor keeps running while the fleet is converted.
What happens two years from now?
Every product carries a 2-year warranty against material and manufacturing defects. After that, calibration, repair, spare parts and firmware updates come from the same building that built the system, in Portugal. There is no third party in between.
Do we pay extra for connectivity and updates?
No. Connectivity, the Web App and firmware updates are part of the system, not a line added after the quote. We develop the electronics, the hydraulics, the firmware and the software in house, so an update to any of them comes from the same team that built the product.
